Application Scenario

Working Principle
When the conveyor belt deviates during operation, the edge of the conveyor belt will contact the vertical roller and drive the vertical roller to rotate. If the deviation continues to increase, the vertical roller will tilt. When the vertical roller tilt angle is greater than the first-level action angle, a set of switch signals will be immediately issued, which can be used to alarm and remind the operator that the conveyor belt has deviated; if the vertical roller continues to tilt greater than the second-level action angle, another set of switch signals will be output, which is generally used to stop the conveyor to prevent the conveyor belt from further deviating, causing more serious consequences such as material overflow and equipment damage. When the conveyor belt resumes normal operation, the vertical roller will automatically reset and prepare for the next inspection.

Function
Detect deviation: The vertical roller can monitor the running status of the conveyor belt in real time. Once the conveyor belt deviates, the vertical roller will immediately sense and reflect the degree and direction of the deviation through its own rotation and tilt, providing a basis for subsequent deviation correction operations.

Prevent material overflow: By timely detecting and correcting deviation, the conveyor belt can avoid excessive deviation and material spilling from the conveyor belt, reducing material waste and pollution to the working environment, and also reducing the risk of equipment failure caused by material accumulation.
